They do swing by now and then but Id suggest creating a ticket instead and sort this out in that case, I have exactly the same experience. ZOOM with 720p using the same cam on the same device. Our teams have been using it for weeks now and people are regularly getting blurry and poor audio / video quality. Background images are currently limited to PC and Mac clients.
