The Dexcom G6 transmitter is just like the G5 transmitter in that Dexcom artificially kills the transmitter by 112 days of use after first activation. Im pretty sure I followed the steps exactly the same, so what went wrong? Enter the transmitter Serial Number (I normally use Dexcom app and Loop hadnt touched receiver since I got the G5 in April.). I entered sensor code and then entered transmitter code as it prompted me. I then wait 3 hours and then bring it out. I just completed the reset instructions for the Dexcom G6 using just the receiver placed in the microwave as instructed. I posted above about successfully resetting my transmitter. It did not work.
