From the AJC in Dec 2018: "The Gwinnett Board of Commissioners voted Tuesday afternoon to amend the county's alcohol ordinance, clearing the way for alcoholic drink sales to begin at 11 a.m. (instead of 12:30 p.m.) on Sundays. In New York, liquor sales are regulated on Sundays. Additionally, in late 2020, it became legal for retail stores to offer home delivery of beer, wine and liquor. The dry communities in Georgia are Bulloch County, Butts County, Coweta County, Decatur County, Effingham County, Hart County, Lumpkin County, Murray County, Union County, Upson County and White County, as of 2014.
